Tom Holland’s Spider-Man has enchanted many a fan across the globe, and Willem Dafoe is no exception.
In a new exclusive clip from the Spider-Man: No Way Home bonus features, the Spider-Man villains gathered to pay the young actor compliments for his achievements as the masked superhero.
Dafoe, who played the franchise’s first big villain, the infamous Green Goblin, couldn’t help but chime in with his own praise – the actor called the young star a “freak” for his ability to complete all his stunts in the movie with elegance.

“He’s very impressive,” he said. “Also, physically, he’s very agile and is just really skilled so, in doing the stunts and the fighting stuff, he’s a freak, man. He’s really clean, he’s really good. Really beautiful.”
The clip also has Jamie Foxx, who reprised his role as the villain Electro for the movie, expressing his admiration for Holland.
The Oscar winner commended the young actor for succeeding in filling in “big shoes” – being a great follow up to Tobey Maguire’s beloved Spider-Man.
“Here’s the thing,” said Foxx. “[It is] the young kid of him in his eyes. When we first got on set I said ‘Look at this dude’s eyes’.

“And at one point, you’ll see, he’s trying to figure things out and that’s what makes it amazing – because he’s basically torn. He wants to be cool with these guys but at the same time they really want to eliminate him.
“And then, here’s the thing, you’re filling big shoes, cause we’ve grown up with Tobey. So, you think to yourself, will there be [someone better]? And here comes this young guy with this fresh face who is really in tune in every aspect.”
